The EE Project is named after the mentor relationship between the prophet Elijah and his protegee Elisha found in 1 Kings 19:19- 2 Kings 2:15. After years of great deeds and bold proclamations on behalf of the Lord, Elijah called and trained his replacement, a young man named Elisha who both literally and figuratively carried on Elijah’s mantle and ministry. 

With the EE Project, we seek to connect Christian men and women who have valuable experience in the world of business with the next generation, guiding them and leading them to become leaders who love God and love others in whatever industry they find themselves in. Our hope is not only to provide a space for young men and women to become more competent in their professions but more importantly, for them to become more Christlike in how they approach their work and their lives. We believe this is expected of all Christians, that they pass on what they have learned in Christ to the next generation, who will in turn train the generation after them (2 Timothy 2:2).

The EE Project grew from a partnership between CGF and Links Players, matching up recent graduates from the world of college golf with mentors who predominantly belong to Links Fellowships.
