Whether this is your first CGF marriage retreat or your 6th, you are in for a real treat! This time together is meant to be incredibly encouraging and beneficial for your marriage. During our three days together you will be poured into, served consistently, and challenged to grow in your walk with the Lord and in your relationship with your spouse. We will have fun activities, games, great meals, and teaching sessions that will be enriching and fun. Plan to arrive by the evening on Monday night to check-in to your room at the Springhill Suites Napa Valley before joining for a welcome dinner around 6pm. A special guest speaker will lead the marriage enrichment teaching times throughout the retreat. Activities on Tuesday are still TBD, but plan on spending the afternoon outdoors (weather permitting) as a group, think picnic in the park and lawn games. Following group time Tuesday afternoon, you will have the rest of the evening to yourselves (Tuesday evening will be the only meal you will be responsible for paying for yourselves). Enjoy a romantic dinner of your choosing, visit a winery, the options are myriad, and our gracious retreat hosts Pastor Matthew and Valerie Crane will have plenty of recommendations! Before planting Christ Church Napa, Matthew worked for CGF for 7 years. He and his wife Valerie have a passion for helping folks experience the unique beauty of their homewtown while also helping them grow in their love for our Savior. We are beyond grateful and excited for them to join again this year! Wednesday we will wrap up our time together in the morning, so plan on leaving no earlier than noon. We are so excited for you to join us this December!
